The list of those Applicants who achieved a passing score on the July 2024 Uniform Bar Examination in Tennessee will be posted below by 2:00 p.m. CDT on October 11, 2024.
An email with exam results will be sent to each examinee. If your name does not appear on this list, you either did not achieve the minimum score for admission in Tennessee on the examination or your score is being held for other reasons. Please carefully read all of the information provided to you in the email. If you must contact the BLE office, please do so by email to ble.administrator@tncourts.gov.
Successful completion of the Uniform Bar Examination does not mean that all licensing requirements have been met. No license will be issued until an applicant has completed all requirements for licensing including, but not limited to, completion of the Tennessee Law Course, the Character and Fitness Interview, and a passing score on the MPRE.
Once you are eligible to be licensed you will receive a “Welcome Email” from the Board of Professional Responsibility (BPR) regarding the next steps in the licensing process. Please allow the BPR two to three business days to send out all emails before contacting their office with questions.
Qualifying Scores on the UBE may be used for admission in other UBE jurisdictions. To send a score report to another jurisdiction, contact the NCBE for score transfer services.
FOR APPLICANTS WHO DID NOT ACHIEVE THE SCORE REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION IN TENNESSEE: Pursuant to TN Supreme Court Rule 7, §14.04 the only remedy for failure to pass the bar examination is reexamination. No part of the UBE will be regraded after scores are released.
